Mary and Nathaniel each offer one-on-one sessions to focused on expanding expressive range and developing Action Theater skills. We love working people who are less comfortable in group settings, or who want to go deeper and have specific personal or professional goals. We are both interested in the healing power of the expressive experience, and enjoy the opportunity to tailor sessions to your unique personal path, whether it be with the goal of performance or personal growth.

In addition to our Action Theater training as certified teachers, Mary and Nathaniel each bring additional skill sets. Mary brings her background in theater and dance, and Nathaniel brings his training as a processwork therapist and dance and movement background. We both bring experience with Contact Improvisation as well. Mary is open to doing virtual sessions for those who would like that option.

We charge on a sliding scale of $125 to $80 per hour. Reach out if finances are a barrier for you jumping in.
